Anti-bribery and corruption

The platform expects staff, representatives and business partners to comply with applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, fraud and recordkeeping laws. Bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, undisclosed commissions, improper inducements and falsified records are prohibited. Referral fees, commissions, gifts, hospitality and conflicts of interest must be transparent, lawful, authorised and recorded where required. Concerns should be raised through the platform contact channel and reviewed appropriately. The operating entity should maintain training, approval and reporting procedures proportionate to its actual activities.
